They affect our levels of output and feelings of accomplishment.


Many distractions come from FOMO (fear of missing out), where we gather lots of stuff just so we don't miss anything. Which dilutes our focus and we miss more.


Take 30 minutes today to go through your in box and UNSUBSCRIBE from everything you have NOT opened / viewed in the past 3 months.


If it matters, we make time for it.


If it is important, we make it happen.


If you want to 'save it for later' maybe list the blog site address and diarise to go into the site on a rest day when you are catching up on your reading.


Unsubscribe from the regular email posts from people you don't follow any more..


Declutter your mind and the sense of being 'behind'.


If it is sitting there in your inbox, it is a distraction from your priorities and it affects your focus and productivity.
